New mixing valves design
WHO: Multinational based in Switzerland operating in heating, cooling and solar power.
REQUIREMENT: The customer needed to develop a new range of mixing valves between ½” and 1”. Despite the company's considerable dimension, it did not have an engineering department with the skills or experience to design these new items.
SOLUTION: Working with the limited amount of technical details received, Fima Brass Forging supported the customer during the designing stage and suggested technical modifications leading to considerable savings in terms of the product and the tools, and a significant reduction in Time-To-Market.
